When you send a booking request through the website form, we collect:
- your full name;
- your e-mail address;
- your WhatsApp / phone number;
- your preferred dates and the number of people;
- your surf level and the experience you are interested in;
- the message you choose to write to us.
If you contact us directly on WhatsApp or by e-mail, we process the information you send us in that context.
3. Why we use it
- to answer your request and check availability;
- to organize your stay, lessons or activities;
- to follow up on our relationship with you;
- with your consent, to measure website audience and improve our communication.
4. Who receives it
Your data is intended for the Atlantic Surf Point team. It may be processed by our technical provider (website hosting and maintenance: ENERGIEDIN / [To be completed]) strictly within the limits of their mission. It is never sold or passed on to third parties.
5. How long we keep it
Booking requests are kept for as long as needed to handle them, then for [To be completed] for customer follow-up. Audience-measurement cookies are kept for a maximum of 13 months; your cookie choice is kept for 180 days.
